How do you duplicate an Xcode project

I cannot figure out how to make a copy of or duplicate my existing TimsCalculator Project.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  (I want to keep TimsCalculator in it's existing state and manipulate a copy of it.)

    Thanks for the link Sheri. In addition to the instructions on that site, you also need to change the name of the .plist file to match the new name.
